Guided Breathwork sessions in Denver and Arvada 

Breathwork is a powerful somatic process that supports the release of stored stress, emotional residue, and unconscious patterning held in the body.

 

Trained as a Certified Breathwork Facilitator with Clarity Breathwork, I guide clients through conscious connected breathwork to access deeper layers of the nervous system, body and subconscious mind. Most of us habitually restrict our breath and body- a subtle holding pattern that mirrors how we hold back emotion, memory, and life force.  In breathwork sessions these patterns become conscious and what has been suppressed can safely surface, move, and integrate. This work is not about forcing catharsis. It is about creating the conditions for organic release, insight, and restoration.

Breathwork activates the subconscious in a way that talk alone often cannot. As you breathe in an intentional patterns, the breath opens energetic and physiological pathways in the body, long-held material may arise- including old memories, emotional blocks, physical constriction, or outdated identities. Within a safe and attuned container, these patterns can shift at a deep level- not just cognitively, but somatically.

What Happens in a Session

Two hour sessions combine guided conscious breathing with coaching/counseling in the beginning and integration support at the end.

 

During breathwork you will be:

  • Guided into a continuous, connected breathing rhythm while lying down for approximately 1 hour

  • Supported in staying present with sensation and emotion

  • Anchored with nervous system stabilization as needed

  • Given space for reflection and insight

Music may be used to support the process. You remain aware and in control throughout. The pace is responsive to your system — not imposed upon it. Some sessions are gentle and regulating. Others open into expanded awareness, insight, or emotional release. Both are valid. Both are healing.
