Understanding Clarity Breathwork
Clarity Breathwork is a therapeutic modality focused on conscious connected breathing, designed to access and release unresolved emotions, traumas, and limiting beliefs. Rooted in the work of Leonard Orr and Sondra Ray (the pioneers of Rebirthing Breathwork), Clarity Breathwork has evolved as a gentle, heart-centered approach for personal transformation. This style of breathwork creates a safe space to explore your inner world, heal past experiences, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and presence.
The Process
In a Clarity Breathwork session, you are guided through a conscious connected breathing pattern—deep, full breaths without pauses between inhalation and exhalation. The breath is directed into the belly, chest, and upper body, creating a continuous flow of oxygen and life force throughout the system.Accompanied by music and skilled facilitation, this breathing pattern helps quiet the thinking mind and shift you into an expanded state of awareness. Sustained for 45–60 minutes, the process may bring up physical sensations, emotional releases, and profound insights. In this safe space, what has been hidden in the unconscious and stored in the body can come to the surface, where it can be met with breath and compassion. This meeting often brings profound healing, transformation, and a deep sense of connection to your true nature. The breath is one of the most accessible and powerful medicines we have for mind, body, and spirit.

I am Nasima Laczynski, a Certified Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and licensed psychotherapist based in Arvada, Colorado. My work integrates breathwork, somatic therapy, and therapeutic coaching to support transformation on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. I offer a compassionate, safe space to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect to your true nature and inner wisdom.
Clarity Breathwork Offerings
In-person group sessions (90–120 minutes): An introduction to the practice or a way to deepen an ongoing breathwork journey within a supportive community.
Private 1:1 sessions: Individually guided two-hour Clarity Breathwork sessions and therapeutic coaching, available in person or virtually. Private sessions may be purchased individually or as part of a discounted package.
